About the position

The Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service role at Elements Therapeutic Massage focuses on enhancing client experiences through effective sales and exceptional customer service. Associates will engage with clients to promote the Elements Wellness Program, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction while earning commission and bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Follow the proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program.
• Build and maintain customer loyalty through effective communication and service.
• Listen actively to clients and address their needs and concerns.
• Turn client criticism into opportunities for exceptional customer service.
• Process scheduling and payments using modern office tools and systems.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in selling memberships or services in-person.
• Experience in customer service within a spa-like or similar environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payments.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on listening to clients.
