Responsibilities

• Follow the proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program.
• Build customer loyalty through effective communication and service.
• Handle client feedback and turn criticism into positive customer service experiences.
• Engage with new, established, and prospective clients to understand their needs.
• Process scheduling and payments using modern office tools and systems.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience, preferably in selling memberships or services in-person.
• Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment.
• Ability to listen actively and communicate effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems.
