Responsibilities

• Follow the proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program.
• Build customer loyalty through excellent service and communication.
• Listen actively to clients and address their needs and concerns.
• Turn client criticism into opportunities for great customer service.
• Process scheduling and payments using modern office tools and systems.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience, preferably in selling memberships or services in-person.
• Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment.
• Ability to follow a structured sales process and build customer relationships.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payments.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a wellness or spa environment.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on listening and understanding client needs.
