Responsibilities
- Follow the proven sales process to sell the Elements Wellness Program.
- Build customer loyalty through effective communication and service.
- Listen to clients' needs and address any concerns or criticisms positively.
- Process scheduling and payments using modern office tools and systems.
- Earn commission on wellness plan sales and additional bonuses based on performance.
Requirements
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably in selling memberships or services in-person.
- Experience in customer service within a spa-like or similar environment.
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payments.
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on listening to clients.
