About the position

The Wellness Membership Advisor (WMA) at Elements Massage in Lake Oswego is responsible for creating an exceptional massage experience for clients by promoting the Elements Wellness Program. This role involves building relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth appointment and payment process, and collaborating with team members to enhance client satisfaction. The WMA will also be tasked with selling wellness memberships and must possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Inform visitors about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program.
• Serve as the first and final face of hospitality, both on the phone and in the studio.
• Ensure client appointment paperwork and payment processes are brief, painless, and accurate.
• Collaborate with Managers and Massage Therapists to create a client-centered environment.
• Learn the business and help grow the client base by promoting the Elements Wellness Program.
• Engage with new, established, and prospective clients through effective communication.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience (preferred).
