About the position

The Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service role at Elements Massage is designed for individuals who are passionate about enhancing clients' lives through exceptional service and wellness program sales. This position focuses on engaging with clients, promoting the Elements Wellness Program, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in a spa-like environment. Team members will have the opportunity to earn commissions based on sales performance, contributing to a rewarding work atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer service experience for all clients entering the studio.
• Inform clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a no hassle membership plan.
• Follow the proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program.
• Act as the first and final face of hospitality, both on the phone and in the studio.
• Ensure the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate.
• Collaborate with Managers and Massage Therapists to prioritize client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in selling memberships or services in-person.
• Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payments.
• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on listening to clients.
• Ability to turn client criticism into positive customer service experiences.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a wellness or spa environment.
• Proven track record of building customer loyalty.
