About the position
The Wellness Membership Advisor (WMA) at Elements Massage in Lake Oswego is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for clients while promoting the Elements Wellness Program. This role involves building relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth appointment and payment process, and working collaboratively with managers and massage therapists to enhance client satisfaction. The WMA will also earn commission on wellness plan and package sales, with opportunities for additional bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Inform visitors about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program.
- Ensure a brief, painless, and accurate client appointment paperwork and payment process.
- Work as a team with Managers and Massage Therapists to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Engage with new, established, and prospective clients to promote the Elements Wellness Program.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of customer service or sales experience (preferred).
Nice-to-haves
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and listening.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
