About the position
Vape O2 Lounge is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service representative to join their team. The role involves assisting customers with their purchases, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of THCA strains, e-juice devices, and related products, and will be expected to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Demonstrate product knowledge of THCA strains, e-juice devices, and Kratom products.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register and POS system.
- Restock shelves and maintain store organization.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must have a working knowledge of THCA strains and e-juice devices.
- Experience in customer service for at least 1 year is preferred.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience are required.
- Ability to communicate effectively, including phone etiquette.
Nice-to-haves
- Mandarin speaking skills (additional $1/hour compensation).
- Experience with product demos.
