About the position

As a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate at MGM Resorts International, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional service in a dynamic retail environment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a pleasant shopping experience, maintaining product availability, and adhering to cash handling procedures, all while contributing to the overall atmosphere of excitement and entertainment that MGM Resorts is known for.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate premium guest experiences and maximize sales opportunities
• Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain a safe and clean environment aligning with visual merchandising standards
• Sustain product availability
• Report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
• Address any guest complaints or concerns in a professional, courteous manner
• Perform other job-related duties as requested

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Currently holds or is able to obtain a TAM Card
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Bilingual
• Previous experience as a Retail Sales Associate
• 6+ months of experience in cash handling
• Experience in a similar resort setting
• Polished appearance and presentability
