About the position

The Retail Sales Associate at Old Navy is responsible for engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and product knowledge. This role focuses on building brand loyalty and delivering a premium customer experience while executing operational processes efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service.
• Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors to enhance customer experience.
• Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently using various methods.
• Offer style and outfit suggestions to customers, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house processes as required.
• Respond courteously to internal and external requests.
• Exchange and verify job-related information to provide support.
