About the position

In this role at Old Navy, you will engage with customers by providing excellent service and product expertise. Your primary goal is to enhance the customer experience, build brand loyalty, and effectively execute operational processes while embodying the brand's values.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service.
  • Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors to enhance customer experience.
  • Acknowledge and assist customers, locating merchandise efficiently.
  • Answer customer questions quickly and accurately.
  • Offer style and outfit suggestions using mannequins and displays for inspiration.
  • Promote customer loyalty by educating about loyalty programs.
  • Leverage omni-channel offerings for a seamless customer experience.
  • Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house processes as required.
  • Respond courteously to internal and external requests.
  • Exchange and verify job-related information to provide support.

Requirements

  • Good communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively.
  • Problem solver focused on continuous improvement and open to feedback.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions and potential issues professionally.
