Collaboration with your leadership team is essential as you work together to deliver a best-in-class customer experience through an omni-channel approach. In this role, you will consistently treat all customers and employees with respect, contributing to a positive work environment. You will promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs and actively seek out and engage with customers to drive sales through suggestive selling techniques. Your ability to enhance the customer experience using all available omni-channel offerings will be key to your success. You will be accountable for personal goals that contribute to the overall store goals and results, supporting various areas of the store including the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as needed. Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work center is essential, as is handling all customer interactions and potential issues or returns in a courteous and professional manner. You will execute operational processes effectively and efficiently, ensuring that the store runs smoothly and meets customer needs.
