About the position

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service.
• Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors to enhance the customer experience.
• Acknowledge and assist customers, locate merchandise efficiently, and answer questions accurately.
• Offer style and outfit suggestions to customers using mannequins and displays for inspiration.
• Promote loyalty programs to customers to enhance brand loyalty.
• Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house processes as required.
• Respond courteously to internal and external requests and provide support.
