About the position

In this role at Old Navy, you will engage with customers by providing excellent service and product expertise. Your primary goal is to enhance the customer experience, build brand loyalty, and effectively execute operational processes. You will be responsible for educating customers about merchandise, promotions, and events while creating a welcoming environment that reflects the brand's values.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors to provide a premium customer experience.
  • Acknowledge and assist customers, locating merchandise efficiently and answering questions accurately.
  • Offer style and outfit suggestions to customers using mannequins and displays for inspiration.
  • Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote brand loyalty.
  • Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house processes as required.
  • Respond courteously to internal and external requests and provide support.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills and ability to utilize technology effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions and potential issues professionally.
