About the position

As a Brand Associate at Old Navy, you play a crucial role in bringing the brand to life for customers. Your primary responsibility is to engage with customers, providing excellent service that fosters brand loyalty. You will utilize your product knowledge to educate and inspire customers, ensuring a best-in-class shopping experience through collaboration with your leadership team and an omni-channel approach.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service.
  • Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors and leverage them with every customer.
  • Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently using various methods.
  • Offer style and outfit suggestions to customers, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration.
  • Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
  • Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
  • Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house processes as required.
  • Be courteous and responsive to internal and external requests.
  • Exchange and verify job-related information to provide support.

Requirements
