About the position
The Retail Sales Associate at Old Navy is responsible for engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and product knowledge. This role focuses on creating a positive shopping experience by educating customers about merchandise, promotions, and loyalty programs while executing operational processes efficiently. Responsibilities
- Engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service.
- Educate, inform, inspire, and outfit customers using product expertise.
- Provide information on current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events.
- Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
- Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently.
- Offer style and outfit suggestions utilizing mannequins and displays.
- Promote loyalty programs to customers.
- Leverage omni-channel offerings for a seamless customer experience.
- Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house processes as required.
- Respond courteously to internal and external requests.
Requirements
