About the position

The Retail Sales Associate at Old Navy is responsible for engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and product knowledge. This role focuses on creating a positive shopping experience by educating customers about merchandise, promotions, and loyalty programs while executing operational processes efficiently. The associate aims to build brand loyalty and enhance customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service.
  • Educate, inform, inspire, and outfit customers using product expertise.
  • Provide information on current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events.
  • Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
  • Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently.
  • Offer style and outfit suggestions utilizing mannequins and displays.
  • Promote loyalty programs to customers.
  • Leverage omni-channel offerings for a seamless customer experience.
  • Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house processes as required.
  • Respond courteously to internal and external requests.

Requirements
