About the position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Old Navy, you will play a crucial role in bringing the brand to life for customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, provide excellent service, and foster brand loyalty. You will utilize your product knowledge to educate and inspire customers, ensuring a top-notch shopping experience through collaboration with your team and an omni-channel approach.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently using various methods.
• Answer questions quickly and accurately.
• Offer style and outfit suggestions to customers, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house processes as required.
• Be courteous and responsive to internal/external requests.
• Exchange and verify job-related information to provide support.
