About the position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Old Navy, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience. Your primary focus will be to engage with customers, educate them about products, and promote brand loyalty while efficiently executing operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service.
• Educate, inform, and inspire customers about current merchandise and store promotions.
• Utilize brand selling behaviors to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise efficiently and answer their questions accurately.
• Offer style and outfit suggestions using mannequins and displays for inspiration.
• Promote customer loyalty programs and educate customers about them.
• Leverage omni-channel offerings to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support various store processes including sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house operations.
• Respond courteously to internal and external requests and provide necessary support.
