Associates will engage with customers, assist them in finding the right products, and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs. The position requires a blend of customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers, responding to their questions, and improving engagement with merchandise. You will also perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will direct customers to merchandise within the store, maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by management. Keeping the store clean and organized, including the sales floor, shop, and restrooms, is also a key part of your responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned by the manager as needed, ensuring that the store operates smoothly and efficiently.
