Responsibilities
- Engage in behaviors that align with the Company's customer service and selling program to provide an outstanding store experience.
- Participate in merchandise sets, replenishment, and recovery processes to maintain established presentation standards.
- Promote Company programs, including customer loyalty program participation and warranty sales.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Golf industry experience preferred.
- Adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
