About the position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is seeking seasonal, part-time, and full-time Sales Associates to provide exceptional customer service and support operational standards. The role focuses on creating a customer-first culture, managing customer traffic, and ensuring a high level of efficiency and safety in the store. Sales Associates will engage with customers to understand their needs, present merchandise, and meet sales goals while contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
• Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products.
• Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
