About the position

As a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate in the mobile department at a National Retailer, you will be responsible for generating retail sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, recommending products, and closing sales while continuously developing your skills through training and operational functions. Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by utilizing passion for technology and customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete sales solution.
• Close sales by using effective communication skills to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of work experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
