About the position

Your role will involve becoming an expert in our product offerings, using this expertise to educate, inform, inspire, and outfit our customers. You will be responsible for providing information on our current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events, while executing operational processes effectively and efficiently. Your ultimate goal is to bring our brand to life for our customers, building brand loyalty and delivering productivity in every interaction. In this fast-paced environment, you will be expected to leverage the brand's selling behaviors with every customer who walks through our doors, ensuring a premium customer experience. You will acknowledge and assist customers, locate merchandise efficiently, and answer questions quickly and accurately. Additionally, you will offer style and outfit suggestions, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration, and promote customer loyalty by educating them about our loyalty programs. You will also support various processes on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, at checkout, and in the back of house as required, while being courteous and responsive to both internal and external requests. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel valued and appreciated.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors and leverage them with every customer interaction.

  • Offer style and outfit suggestions to customers, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration.

  • Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
  • Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house processes as required.
  • Be courteous and responsive to internal and external requests.
  • Exchange and verify job-related information to provide support.
