In this fast-paced environment, you will be expected to leverage the brand's selling behaviors with every customer who walks through our doors, ensuring a premium customer experience. You will acknowledge and assist customers, locate merchandise efficiently, and answer questions quickly and accurately. Additionally, you will offer style and outfit suggestions, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration, and promote customer loyalty by educating them about our loyalty programs. You will also support various processes on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, at checkout, and in the back of house as required, while being courteous and responsive to both internal and external requests.
