Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales support.
• Perform phone repairs including screen and battery replacements.
• Cut and reprogram key fob remotes.
• Gain a solid understanding of the company's electronic retail and cross-referencing system.
• Work with small parts and tools for device repair.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months prior work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Customer service and sales oriented with high motivation.
• Demonstrated technical skills for phone and device repair.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
