About the position

The Retail Sales Associate at Old Navy is responsible for engaging with customers and providing exceptional service while promoting the brand's products. This part-time role focuses on building customer loyalty and delivering a premium shopping experience through effective communication and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service.
• Educate, inform, inspire, and outfit customers using product expertise.
• Provide information on current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
• Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently using various methods.
• Offer style and outfit suggestions to customers, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house processes as required.
• Respond courteously to internal and external requests.
