As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat and organized sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations. You may be assigned to work in various departments, including Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot. This role requires flexibility, as you will need to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Responsibilities
- Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
- Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
- Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
- Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time
