About the position

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers from greeting through post-sale contact.
- Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales and custom clothing sales.
- Encourage team selling and contribute to achieving store sales volume and metrics goals.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store-related projects.
- Handle cash register transactions at the point of sale.
- Participate in merchandise stock counts.
Requirements
- Experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members at all levels.
