The Retail Sales Associate position at BJ's Wholesale Club is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and promoting membership programs. Responsibilities

• Execute acquisition strategies for BJ's Loyalty Programs, including renewing and upgrading memberships.
• Handle merchandise returns, exchanges, and general customer service inquiries.
• Deliver excellent member service and resolve member concerns in a courteous manner.
• Promote BJ's value proposition regarding membership and retention.
• Assist with Buy Online and Pick Up In Club (BOPIC) orders for members.
• Maintain club policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and safety.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve club goals and standards.

Requirements

• Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
• Results driven with proven success in goal achievement.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Computer proficiency preferred.
