About the position

The Retail Sales Associate at Visionworks is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for patients and customers. This position involves engaging with customers, recommending products, and executing daily operational tasks to meet sales goals and enhance the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continuous training and development.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals, including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear.

Requirements

• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
