About the position

The position is responsible for executing acquisition strategies for BJ's Loyalty Programs, including renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling memberships. The role involves handling merchandise returns, exchanges, and general customer service inquiries, with a strong emphasis on providing excellent member service and maintaining a positive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute acquisition strategies for BJ's Loyalty Programs.
  • Renew, upgrade, and cross-sell memberships to potential and existing members.
  • Handle merchandise returns, exchanges, and general customer service inquiries.
  • Deliver superior customer service as the first point of contact for membership and credit card applications.
  • Resolve member concerns in a courteous and timely manner, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Assist with Buy Online and Pick Up In Club (BOPIC) orders for members.
  • Maintain compliance with club policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve club standards.

Requirements

  • Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
  • Results driven with proven success in goal achievement.
  • Basic math skills preferred.
  • Computer proficiency preferred.
