About the position
Join the JCPenney Portrait Team as a Part-Time Team Member! We are looking for individuals who have a passion for photography and sales, enjoy working with infants, children, and adults, and possess a fun, upbeat personality. This role involves capturing creative photos that exceed customer expectations and providing a wonderful customer experience from start to finish. You will also be responsible for performing the sales process to achieve sales average expectations and engaging with potential and existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
Responsibilities
- Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers' expectations
- Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations
- Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions
- Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous retail, sale, service, or photography experience is preferred
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults
- Ability to work in multiple studios depending on business needs
