Responsibilities

• Assist customers with battery and device repair needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Identify and offer additional products that meet customer needs.
• Test and repair smartphones, batteries, bulbs, and other products.
• Answer phones and complete reports.
• Manage inventory control and general store management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in retail sales or cashier roles required.
• 1 year of experience in technical problem solving preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
