About the position

Bob's Carpet is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate for their Sarasota location. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to ensure a first-class experience for customers. The associate will engage with customers, assist them in selecting products, and ensure a smooth buying process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Develop a rapport with customers and pair them with the best products and services to meet their needs.
• Provide stellar customer service throughout the entire buying process including installation.
• Address and solve concerns immediately.
• Visit job sites to measure for products and assess installation needs.
• Enter customer orders and payments into the computer system accurately and timely.
• Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom.
• Promote and share product knowledge among other sales consultants.
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to process customer orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of pricing and internal operations.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Ability to work a 40-hour work week with a varied schedule including weekends
