Responsibilities

• Forge connections with customers and communicate Vuori's brand values.
• Create an unforgettable customer experience and forge lasting relationships with customers.
• Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
• Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest feedback regarding merchandise style and fit.
• Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Seek new product knowledge in the fashion landscape, particularly active-wear.
• Assist in the completion of projects while focusing on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
• Collaborate with management on inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness of the retail store, including floors and bathrooms.
• Understand and execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining merchandising/visual directives.
• Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized, and reflects the correct visual image at all times.
• Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
