Responsibilities

• Sell products and services to new or established customers, typically walk-in opportunities.
• Attend special training on products/services to understand features, trends, or styles.
• Assist customers by answering questions, presenting products and services, and checking stock availability.
• Process payments for products or services.
• Maintain customer preference records.
• Ensure the store looks neat and clean by keeping it organized and cleaning when necessary.
• Open the store on time and follow appropriate opening procedures.
• Balance at the end of the shift and complete necessary closing steps before leaving for the day.
• Solicit new customers through social media/online marketing and promote the brand inside and outside the store.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer-facing/retail sales experience (preferred).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (Spanish is preferred).
