About the position

In this role at Old Navy, you will engage with customers by providing excellent service and becoming an expert in the brand's products. Your primary focus will be to educate and inspire customers while promoting brand loyalty and ensuring operational efficiency. You will play a key role in creating a fun and accessible shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors to provide a premium customer experience.
  • Acknowledge and assist customers, locating merchandise efficiently and answering questions accurately.
  • Offer style and outfit suggestions to customers using mannequins and displays for inspiration.
  • Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote brand loyalty.
  • Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house processes as required.
  • Respond courteously to internal and external requests and provide support.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills and ability to utilize technology effectively.
