About the position

As a Sales Associate at COS, you will be the friendly face that greets customers and embodies the heart of the brand. Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of COS. You will guide customers through their shopping journey, offering genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire. This position involves providing high-level service, assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and throughout the shop floor, as well as processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and merchandising garments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, including at the cash desk and fitting rooms.
• Process deliveries and replenish stock on the sales floor.
• Merchandise the latest garments to enhance the shopping experience.
• Engage in conversations with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
