The Retail Sales Associate (part-time) plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive shopping environment. Associates will be empowered to take pride in their work and understand the importance of their contributions to the company's success.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience for customers.
• Handle various sales transactions.
• Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
