We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide them with product information
• Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Process customer transactions using the cash register
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
• Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and technical assistance
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Knowledge of technology products and wireless sales is advantageous
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
