About the position

The Retail Sales Associate at US Polo Association LLC is responsible for delivering an engaging customer service experience while maintaining high standards of store presentation. This part-time role focuses on meeting sales goals, assisting customers, and ensuring a dynamic shopping environment. The Associate will also help with product processing and replenishment, contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate superior customer service skills to create engaging customer interactions and build brand loyalty.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards to project an attractive and safe shopping environment.
• Inform customers of current promotions and new products recently received.
• Efficiently complete sales transactions at the register, including a sincere thank you and a request for return.
• Assist in product replenishment and maintain floor presentations, ensuring full recovery at the end of the business day.
• Perform ticketing and security tagging for product control and protection.
• Follow established policies and procedures to maintain a fair and consistent work environment.
