The Retail Sales Associate at SKR Ventures is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support in a retail environment. This role involves processing packages for courier shipment, operating various office equipment, and providing customers with accurate information about products and services. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer sales and service to retail customers.
• Receive and process packages for courier shipment.
• Operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices.
• Advise customers on products, services, and best-value options.
• Provide packing services for customers and assist with shipping/mailing tasks.
• Take passport photos and provide printing, scanning, and faxing services.
• Verify ID of document signers as a notary public.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible work ethic.

Nice-to-haves

• Certified Notary Public (or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days).
• Good time-management skills.
• Ability and aspiration to grow into a leadership role.
