About the position

Catbird, a luxury jewelry brand based in NYC, is seeking Seasonal Store Stylists to enhance customer experience in their Soho and Rockefeller Center locations. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, product education, and personalized styling recommendations during the busy holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Provide all aspects of customer service to create a welcoming and helpful buying experience.
• Educate customers about the full product assortment and styling options.
• Style customers based on their preferences and needs.
• Offer personalized suggestions that complement customer requests.
• Assist managers with restocking, receiving, cleaning, and maintaining inventory and visual standards.
• Ensure a delightful last impression while processing transactions accurately and efficiently on the Point of Sale system.
• Conduct in-person and virtual wedding engagement/styling appointments.

Requirements

• Retail experience required; jewelry experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a store team.
• Passion for styling and making product recommendations.
