Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and providing solutions.
• Handle returns and online pickups efficiently.
• Multitask on cashier, sales, and merchandising responsibilities.
• Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns.
• Create a positive and inviting environment for customers.
• Engage with customers using basic selling skills to present solutions.
• Be flexible with responsibilities, including cleaning and stocking shelves.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the store's needs.
• Strong customer engagement skills and understanding of customer needs.
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Conflict management skills in a reasonable and non-confrontational manner.
• Integrity in handling customer and business information.
• Physical ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously.
