The Retail Sales Associate at Ollie's plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's appearance. This position focuses on building long-term customer loyalty through a positive shopping experience, while also managing cash register transactions and assisting with store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long term customer loyalty.
• Accurately and efficiently manage cash register transactions.
• Be an Ollie's store and inventory expert, knowing weekly deals and the value provided to customers.
• Assist with freight logistics and learn effective merchandising techniques.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to train new Associates who may not have 6 months of prior retail experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
• A positive attitude and team player mentality.
