Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers at the Nintendo World Store.
• Assist customers in the purchase of Nintendo branded merchandise and products.
• Provide customers with product information and demonstrations.
• Cross-sell and up-sell merchandise; recommend products to meet customer needs.
• Perform cash register and merchandise restock duties.
• Work effectively within a team environment.
• Prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the tasks and procedures of the assigned work group/team.
• Adhere to attendance and punctuality guidelines.
