Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Assist customers in finding products and provide solutions to their inquiries.
• Handle returns and manage online pickups efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping environment.
• Engage with customers using basic selling skills to present solutions.
• Multitask on cashier duties, sales, and merchandising responsibilities.
• Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by performing tasks such as stocking shelves and cleaning.
