Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay up to date with new products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.
• Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to store policies.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
• Support promotional activities and sales initiatives to drive store performance.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales area to create an inviting atmosphere.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our community.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn about products and promote them effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
