About the position

The Retail Sales Associate at PUMA is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards within the store. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and adherence to PUMA's brand values while achieving sales and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets through effective customer service and individual performance.
• Accurately process sales transactions at checkout in a secure and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the store, ensuring compliance with visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards.
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise effectively.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies, and key accountabilities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with potential overtime.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years' experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Strong team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
