Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach.
• Accurately and efficiently manage cash register transactions.
• Become an expert on store inventory and weekly deals.
• Assist with freight logistics and merchandising of products.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with customer service.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
• Positive attitude and team player mentality.
• Willingness to learn and be trained, even without prior retail experience.

Nice-to-haves

• 6 months of prior retail experience preferred.
