The Retail Sales Associate at Balboa Pharmacy is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer experiences with friendly and courteous service.
• Assist customers and process sales transactions using a cash register.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the store.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Receive and process store products and restock items as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or customer service roles.
• Ability to handle cash, debit, credit, and check transactions accurately.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Windows/Mac operating systems.
• Point of Sale system experience preferred.
